Conditions for Return
- Time Limit: Returns must be requested within the timeframe mentioned on the product’s page.
- Unused Products: Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Original Packaging: Ensure the product is returned with its original packaging, including price tags, labels, and the invoice.
- Secure Packaging: Pack the product securely to prevent any damage during transit.
How to Initiate a Return?
To request a return, simply:
- Email us at return@jeevikaherbs.com with product images and your order ID.

Once your return request is reviewed and the conditions are met, we will initiate the return process within 24 hours.
Refund Process
- Product Pickup: Our assigned shipping partner will collect the product from your location.
- Refund Timeline: The refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. Depending on the payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the card within 7 working days.
- Net Banking or Cash Payments: Refunds will be transferred to your bank account. You will need to provide your bank details during the refund request.
- Cheque Option: If the bank fails to process the refund, we will issue a cheque in the name used during the order placement.
Refunds typically take 1 to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank, payment gateway, and processing times.
