Conditions for Return

  • Time Limit: Returns must be requested within the timeframe mentioned on the product’s page.
  • Unused Products: Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Original Packaging: Ensure the product is returned with its original packaging, including price tags, labels, and the invoice.
  • Secure Packaging: Pack the product securely to prevent any damage during transit.

How to Initiate a Return?

To request a return, simply:

  • Email us at return@jeevikaherbs.com with product images and your order ID.
  • WhatsApp us at +91 93197 02830 with the necessary details.

Once your return request is reviewed and the conditions are met, we will initiate the return process within 24 hours.

Refund Process

  1. Product Pickup: Our assigned shipping partner will collect the product from your location.
  2. Refund Timeline: The refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. Depending on the payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the card within 7 working days.
    • Net Banking or Cash Payments: Refunds will be transferred to your bank account. You will need to provide your bank details during the refund request.
    • Cheque Option: If the bank fails to process the refund, we will issue a cheque in the name used during the order placement.

Refunds typically take 1 to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank, payment gateway, and processing times.
